Rythmos® uses GPS, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), and RFID technology to track residents inside and outside the facility.

• Indoors: BLE/RFID wearables update location data every 2 seconds, ensuring room-level accuracy.
• Outdoors: GPS and cellular tracking automatically activates if a resident leaves the community perimeter, providing real-time location updates to staff.

Rythmos® generates instant mobile alerts through the Rythmos® CM App, notifying caregivers when:

• A wander-risk resident approaches an exit
• A door or window is opened unexpectedly
• A resident crosses a geofenced area (garden, parking lot, etc.)
• A high-risk resident leaves the facility, activating GPS tracking

Yes! Rythmos® allows staff to assign personalized risk levels for each resident, ensuring a tailored response:

• Low Risk: Sends alerts only when a resident nears an exit.
• Medium Risk: Triggers staff notifications + door access restrictions.
• High Risk: Auto-locks doors, activates GPS tracking, and alerts caregivers.

Geofencing allows facilities to set virtual boundaries around specific areas like gardens, parking lots, or stairwells. If a resident enters or leaves a predefined area, Rythmos® immediately alerts caregivers.
